The Invesco S&P 500 Quality ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Quality Index (Index).The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index tracks the performance of stocks in the S&P 500 Index that have the highest quality score, which is calculated based on three fundamental measures, return on equity, accruals ratio and financial leverage ratio. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually on the third Friday of June and December. As of 08/31/2025 the Fund had an overall rating of 5 stars out of 1252 funds and was rated 4 stars out of 1252 funds, 4 stars out of 1149 funds and 5 stars out of 891 funds for the 3-, 5- and 10- year periods, respectively.
