(NASDAQ: FANG) (the “Company” or “Diamondback”) today announced the pricing of its tender offers to purchase for cash (the “Offers”) any and all of its outstanding 4.400% Senior Notes due 2051 (the “2051 Notes”) and 4.250% Senior Notes due 2052 (the “2052 Notes” and, together with the 2051 Notes, the “Notes”). The table below shows the applicable Reference Yield and Consideration (as defined below) for the Notes, calculated as of 2:00 p.m., New York City time, today, April 10, 2026, in accordance with the Offer to Purchase, dated April 6, 2026 (as may be amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Offer to Purchase”), and its accompanying notice of guaranteed delivery (the “Notice of Guaranteed Delivery”).
