Plant widely this spring; more income “seeds” mean a richer harvest. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Diversify for a steady income stream from your holdings. Our top picks to grow your income this spring; yields over 7%.

As volatility intensifies and capital gains turn into losses for some, it might be time to consider the cheap, unloved dividend stocks that will pay you to hold through what could be a second quarter that sees more of the same.

My plan is to achieve financial freedom.

Energy Transfer offers a great combination of solid growth projects and a high yield. Enterprise Products Partners is a consistent sleep-well-at-night stock.

Energy Transfer is known for its high yield, not explosive capital gains. Even after surging 16% in 2026, the distribution yield still beats most income alternatives.

I believe Energy Transfer (ET) is positioned as a safe-haven yield play amid market volatility and potential inflation resurgence. The company has secured long-term contracts averaging 18 years, locking in stable cash flows and reducing exposure to commodity price volatility through its fee-based model. Growing demand from AI-driven data centers is boosting pipeline utilization, with significant new contracts signed to supply natural gas to major infrastructure projects.
