Under normal market circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in small and mid-cap U.S. companies. The fund manager considers U.S. companies to be small-cap or mid-cap if they are included in the then current market capitalization range of the S&P 1000 Index.
