The Invesco S&P SmallCap Information Technology ETF (PSCT) was launched on April 7, 2010, and is a passively managed exchange traded fund designed to offer broad exposure to the Technology - Broad segment of the equity market.

This article upgrades the Invesco S&P SmallCap Information Technology ETF from a "sell" to a "hold" due to a positive directional change in earnings growth. This positive change is supported by strong earnings surprises, which were 11.77% last quarter at the portfolio level. The Invesco S&P SmallCap Information Technology ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Information Technology Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to measure the overall performance of the securities of US information technology companies. These companies are principally engaged in the business of providing information technology-related products and services, including computer hardware and software, Internet, electronics and semiconductors and communication technologies.The Index is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index, which is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index reflecting the US small-cap market. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.Effective at the close of markets on July 14, 2023, the Fund will effect a “3 for 1” forward split of its issued and outstanding shares.
