20 May 2026 - Fleet utilisation for April 2026 was 55%. In Brazil, Safe Eurus continued to operate at full capacity in April, delivering 100% commercial uptime.

15 May 2026 - Prosafe SE will release its first quarter 2026 results on 29 May 2026 at 7:00 a.m. CEST. The quarterly earnings release and presentation will be made available on www.newsweb.no (http://www.newsweb.no) and Prosafe's website, www.prosafe.com (http://www.prosafe.com).

The Annual General Meeting of Prosafe SE will be held on 29 May 2026 at 09.00 a.m. CEST. The notice of the meeting, together with attendance and proxy forms are attached hereto.

30 April 2026 - Prosafe SE today published the Annual report, Transparency act statement and Remuneration report for 2025. The Annual report includes the 2025 annual accounts, corporate governance report and sustainability report.

21 April 2026 - Fleet utilisation for March 2026 was 42% and 79% in first quarter. In Brazil, Safe Eurus continued to operate at full capacity in March, delivering near 100 % commercial uptime.

15 April 2026 – Jean-Baptiste de Boissieu has notified the Chair of the Board of Directors that he resigns as board member due to other commitments. De Boissieu has been a member of the Board of Directors since August 2025. His resignation has been accepted and is effective 30 April 2026.
