NiSource Inc.·Utilities

NI rides on rising data center demand and rate hikes while driving cost savings and $28B investments, but aging infrastructure and delays pose risks.

NiSource has a cap-ex program that is focused on projects with near-term recovery, reducing regulatory lags, and creating visible growth. Agreements with data center operators to fund the cost of their generation needs are enabling profitable capacity growth while alleviating customer inflation fears. With a solid balance sheet, strong dividend track record, and long runway for growth, NI remains a compelling opportunity.
