Meryllion Resources, Drilling Underway at Tasmanian IAC REE Project

Meryllion Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 28, 2026) - Meryllion Resources Corporation (CSE: MYR) (OTC Pink: MYRLF) ("Meryllion" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 8,400,000 stock options (the "Options") to certain officers, directors and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. Each Option is exercisable to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.08 for a period of three years from the date of issue.
