HARLEYSVILLE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harleysville Financial Corporation (OTCQX:HARL) reported today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.35 per share on the Company's common stock. This represents an increase of 6.1% or $.02 per share from the previous dividend. The cash dividend will be payable on February 25, 2026 to stockholders of record on February 11, 2026. Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 was $2,667,000 or $.74 per diluted.
