(the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 28,750,000 units, which includes 3,750,000 units issued pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option, at a price of $10.00 per unit for total gross proceeds of $287,500,000. The units began trading on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “DBCAU” on February 11, 2026. Each unit consists of one of the Company's Class A ordinary shares and one-half of one redeemable public warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share.
