(NYSE: LFT) ("LFT" or the "Company") announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.04 per share of common stock with respect to the first quarter of 2026. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2026, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2026.
