Each unit consists of (i) one share of common stock at a purchase price of $1.28 per share (or, in lieu thereof, one pre-funded warrant at a purchase price of $1.2799 per pre-funded warrant with an exercise price of $0.0001 per share) and (ii) one warrant at a purchase price of $0.125 per warrant, each to purchase one share of common stock.
