(CSE: BOOM) (OTC Pink: GGDCF) (the "Company" or "Galloper") announces that, in accordance with the provisions of its omnibus equity incentive plan, it has granted incentive stock options (the "Options") to purchase a total of 1,500,000 common shares (the "Shares") of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share to certain consultants who have been engaged for capital markets advisory services. Certain Options will vest quarterly over a period of two years from the date of grant and certain Options will vest quarterly over a period of three years from the date of grant.
