HOUSTON, TX, April 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to commence trading on April 7, 2026 on the Global Market tier of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “ACGCU.”
The abrdn Income Credit Strategies Fund is downgraded to a 'Sell' due to worsening NAV erosion and elevated downside risks. ACP's 17.5% dividend yield is unsustainable, with distributions exceeding earnings and 54% funded by return of capital year-to-date. Nearly 96% of the fund's portfolio is below investment grade, with short maturities and high leverage amplifying risk in a high-rate environment.

The distribution is payable on March 31, 2026, to holders of Series A Preferred Shares of record on March 20, 2026 (ex-dividend date March 20, 2026).
